UGASports is hearing that Houston is enjoying his time in Athens. That's to be expected with a priority prospect such as Houston. The UGA trip has been a different experience than Clemson last weekend, as the Tigers took prospects on a lake with boats, music, jet skis, etc, but the Georgia staff and visit has been impressive as well.
That's all well and good. But the real work of this visit for Houston will be done today.
Sunday has been the day where prospects meet with coaches and discuss more of the football side of things. Houston is no different, as the Bulldogs will break down his schematic fit in meetings today.
When I spoke with Houston earlier this week, he sounded a bit more enthusiastic about playing in a defensive front like Clemson's or Ohio State's. Georgia obviously has the draft pedigree, but will it be able to pitch that its system is just as good of a fit? Tray Scott and company get their last big shot today.
