Eldrick will play Augusta

ANGC is not a KIND place to repair your game

Dude may win the damn thing, but IDGARA about tiger.

Especially your short game. The tight lies around the greens there

are brutal at times. The golf course is obviously immaculate, but it is like trying to hit flop shots off a putting green. It isnt a place I would ever want to take the yips.

I predict on Thursday and Friday all you see is him walking down fairways and lining up 3 foot putts for bogey while all these exciting young players, including the 6 Dawgs playing, are completely ignored. Then after he heads home Friday afternoon to bang his ski tramp, Saturday and Sunday they'll be replaying every stroke that was in the right general direction and analyzing his swing ad nauseum.

Hoping for early Thursday WD.

Under on opening round, blow up on Friday and withdraw on...

#8 citing back spasms. I think adrenalin gets him through Thursday.

i like watching him, the game is infinitely more exciting when he is

Playing. Lot of haters out there, but I just love to watch him when he has it clicking, none better in his prime, none. Why do you ask?

Re: i like watching him, the game is infinitely more exciting when he is

The problem is that when his game is not clicking, even when his game downright sucks, he's all you see and all you hear about. It's like I expect one of the analysts to run out there and leg-hump him.

Re: i like watching him, the game is infinitely more exciting when he is

thats your opinion. I haven't even noticed he wasn't there. Good riddance.

I agree with that, I think they are all about ratings and let's face it, he

drives that. Before he came on the scene, Lanny Wadkins was battling Corey Pavin for a $200k first prize. Lucky if you got to see 2 hours of golf on Sunday. No golf network, no Feherty, no fed ex cup, he changed it all...like him or not, like the change or not, but he took the sport to a different level.

tis true, though both are still heavily followed and were at the end of

their playing careers. I love golf in general, can't think of any player that I have ever not really liked, maybe Montgomery? Having played the game for 30 years, I just am in awe of their ability, Tiger, Jack and Arnie etal...

Re: tis true, though both are still heavily followed and were at the end of

I get that. I just like to see the Dawgs and the new guys like Spieth and Fowler. All is good.
