I doubt this is a SCOTUS issue, as election standards are up to the states. The PA Supreme Court has already ruled on the exact issues they are arguing re: the ballots. I'm not sure what they're trying to do here that has any legitimate hope of succeeding.

Bucks County. The same county that shut down early voting lines w/fake poll watchers. Then they were forced by a court order to re-open with extended hours. They sent TWO workers to work the extended hours.
