Ennis Rakestraw - what was the story?

I was reading ESPN and one of their draft guys said Rakestraw is starting to generate first round buzz. I remember us recruiting him. Don’t remember if he was committed at one time or not, but was it a case that we were full at the inn? Even though we didn’t sign him still looks like a great eval.
