Was just talking about Calamity Clam while in Maggie Valley last week. The vacuum system on my wife's trunk lid is going out (again). When parked on a slope, the lid waits until you stick your head in the trunk, then wham! If you stand back, nothing happens.
Captain Sandy was a childhood fav of mine. The carload (vacationing with DGDs in Lake Junaluska) was singing the above intro after the 3rd incident.
