This is all Kabuki theater, the EU doesn't have the money to fund the war for very long. VZ knows this and is already trying to revitalize the US deal or maybe not. what will be interesting to me, is the roughly 300 billion in frozen assets that Europe has control of (Russian central bank).

Apparently, they have been using interest from this all along and giving to Ukraine as a loan.....what happens if Europe just gives all of that to Ukraine ?? Don't think Russia would sit still and do nothing, also don't think Europe's taxpayers will want to fund their war.

Pretty sure Ukraine does not have the ability to get a loan or pay a loan without collateral...which is what Trump is trying to do (step 1) - being responsible to our taxpayers.

Ukraine is boxed in, sh!thead needs to step up to the plate and get the deal done (US).
