Everyone is gone at the end of the season, except McGarity.

I like Pruitt, but he made a big mistake when orchestrated HC coup. He's done too. Everyone says he's been a problem.

Very reliable source that knows the people who manage the 1 billion dollars in assets of the AD department. They actually make the AD decisions.

Maybe he wrong, I doubt it.

Ought to boot Morehade and that howdy doody lookin mf'er McGarity too...eff em both

McGarity wanted to fire Richt last year. He just can't admit it. That explains why Richt is so aloof. He knows he's done.

That makes sense. Don't see how it could be any other way and constructively go forward. McGarity tried to accommodate everyone and as usual when you do that it does not work. Head coaches can usually control academics, the football performance relative to the talent available and recruiting/developing players, and the conduct of his players up to a certain level. And be demanding as far as what he needs to be successful. Academics were fine as team was almost always in the top half of the SEC, not the best but good enough. Recruiting was ok to good. Developing players to me was average or maybe less. And all teams have let down games but you could see UGA lost to teams they should beat. So instead of making a decisive move on a popular man but not so popular coach the AD and or prez tried to patch it with an ambitious and driven younger guy who takes no prisoners. Which looks like it is coming to a predictable end with hurt feelings all around.

Maybe JP ought to be the head coach but we'll never know. And maybe the AD and prez should have dropped the head coach and hired a new head guy last year or one after 2013. You are usually better to go ahead and be decisive rather than half azz or piecemeal.
I agree 100 percent with your last comment.

If this really happened then why is Pruitt still there?? There are so many rumors circulating and just a day ago it was confirmed by inside sources that Pruitt was gone. Yet it didn't happen. I do believe that something did happen which ruffled feathers but I can't believe that McGarrity and Richt would let Pruitt stay on board if this was true.

People are pretending to have information that isn't out there. The closest people to the situation who have talked say ''no event'' has occurred, meaning rumors of some dramatic attempt to get the board or McGarity to fire Richt and have CP replace him did not occur.
As for this ''everybody says'' Pruitt is a problem ..WHO is everybody ? He has clearly gotten a lot accomplished. His coaches are doing their jobs without the drama we see on offense, plus most important, his players believe in his coaching and top recruits want to play for him.
The well has probably been poisoned by these idiots using media to drag him down though, and wreck the course we were on for a great defense in the process.
Those who orchestrated this media war could not have the program's best interest.
