Two thoughts:
1 - He’s one of our better passers, and really the only guy attempting entry passes into the post
2 - Hammonds is a good enough perimeter shooter that maybe our 2/3 are irrelevant with both of them on the floor
Still makes for a defensive liability against most athletic shooting guards though.
Hopefully temporary, but if permanent, there are a few positive aspects.
