The coaches concerned. The boy just doesn't look like he can make fast, good decision. Throws it up for grabs too much. Got a great arm though. Still think he was hurt by running the wing T in high school. Amazed his family didn't find him a high school that wood throw the ball. Hope the coaches make the decision based on results not QB vitals.

I hope he wants to be one of the best we've ever had. IOW, hopefully he won't coast on his ability. I'm not trashing him - I probably would coast if I had that kind of ability when I was his age. He's a pure natural talent and the sky is the limit for this guy. I'm going to enjoy him regardless, but he can be on a whole other level with the true greats if he listens to the coaches and works hard and doesn't take plays off like some pass rushing beasts tend to do.

Don't need a gunslinger this year - need a hard working yeoman type to make good decisions, move the chains with the ground game and keep our D off the field. Still think we are a year away on Defense. We'll dominate sometimes, but I don't think we'll be there quite yet. Use the RBs, Blazevich and TEs - try to stretch it every once in awhile but our receivers better start stretching for balls when the real games start. JSW looked lazy as Hell on Saturday.

long hair, tatted up, jumping around on the sidelines, high-fiving all the lineman, chest-pumping the receivers...I kinda liked his presence and energy on the sidelines Saturday. I guess a clean cut QB is the best option but there's something about a crazy dude that loves to play football that's fun to watch. His stats would have looked better Saturday if JSW hadn't of short-armed a couple of balls and stopped his route short on another. That being said. Bauta looked mighty good to me. Throw in his running ability and he could take us places this year.

Don't take that to mean that I don't want us to be blowing teams out and chucking the long ball and bombing teams to pieces. I do. Just don't think we are quite ready to do it this season. I think we are going to have to grind a lot of them out and the less turnovers the better. Park LOOKS like a possible turnover machine to me - emphasis on LOOKS. There is certainly no proof of it.
