Just when you think this government has become as irresponsible and incompetent as governmentally possible, it plumbs new depths of assholeness. How could they hand hundreds of thousands of dollars to some guy named Chikaodinaka for God's sake? The bastard is probably here illegally, on the lam from Cambodia after stealing from them, and we make him head of the engineering department and throw millions at it because of his cultural diversity. Like our culture needs more Cambodian swindlers.

Duck you rush to judgment! First, can you think of a better use for federal grant money? This heartwarming story has restored my faith in government.

Second, perhaps the esteemed professor is a refugee from South Africa who came to America to escape the relentless pursuit by those UCLA weiner washing do-gooders.

Third, it beats using my hard earned tax dollars to pay a bunch of old rich white guys to sit around ignoring the plights of desperate dogs everywhere. (Git a damm dawg already)!
