The day has finally come. I picked my first ripe tomato - a Lemon Boy. I sliced it, seasoned with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Slathered Dukes Mayo on two slices of Martin’s Potato Bread sandwich bread (this might be my new favorite bread for tomato sandwiches).
