chelles' lunch program is feeding 400,000 chicago students free lunch , regardless of FINANCIAL NEED ! if her national lunch program is approved for 2016 , the projected cost is 16 billion . WOW !!

Pi$$ing away other peoples money is what she and her hubby do best. Although, from the looks of her she needs to get on that school lunch program...thighs as big as tree trunks.

Don't think it is just in Chicago, they do the same thing here in Richmond county, If a school system has over 60% eligibility for free lunch, they just give it to everybody, that way no ones feelings get hurt.
