during a presentation Biden reminded Boris Johnson to introduce the President of South Africa ...Johnson had just introduced the President of South Africa , and he told Biden that he had , an uproar ensued ! Biden also had difficulty remembering the difference between Syria and Libya . He confused the two countries multiple times in the span of a few minutes . When a reporter asked Biden if he thought Putin was a killer , Biden stammered , hesitated and mumbled , and gave no understandable answer . It looks like he is having trouble with the pace , it is reported he looks tired and acts tired ! Some of this has been discussed on this board already .
