It's very interesting to note there is no mention of Gaines after the 7:19 mark in the 2nd half, with the exception of him playing the last 51 seconds.
Gaines fouled a Spartan which resulted in a 4 point play at the 7:19 mark.
Additionally, the game was lost during the last two minutes of the first half, in part due to the lineup fox put on the floor.
We can't expect much with JJ, KPG, and Echols playing at the same time.
MSU went on an 8-0 run during the last 2 minutes of the first half.
