Reading Bulldog Bob's advice and confidence to lay the points for tomorrow's game had me thinking: What games did you just know the Dawgs were going to cover?
Mine was the game vs. Vandy in 2021 after they chickened out and canceled the 2020 game in Athens on Senior Day. They could have played that game. I can't recall the COVID specifics, but believe it was a choice to play with "X" number of players and they said no thank you. It was the last game of the year and I;m sure a bitter disappointment for those who never got to play "their final game as a Dawg" for UGA.
I knew that the following year, Kirby was going to have that team ready and issue payback. Spread was 35 to 40 and the Dawgs won by 62. Would have loved to have heard Kirby's pregame speech / lead up talks to that game.
