were dismissed never were decided on the merits. They were dismissed on procedural grounds - usually the claimant lacked standing.

I don't know the numbers, but the ones still pending have some meat.

That is the main point all the screamers conveniently ignore or they don’t understand the rule of law.

The lawsuits weren’t dismissed on the merits of the evidence, the evidence was denied legal standing because of legal standing of the claimant.

If the government truly wanted to know the truth, standing could be rectified, but it doesn’t.

It’s like if your daughter gets raped and knocked up by your neighbor, with your daughter claiming it’s him and the court throws out the case and denies having him take a DNA test to prove he’s the father.

It doesn’t mean he didn’t rape your daughter. The actual proof evidence was never viewed.
