SOS will load the box and make us throw the ball which he knows we can't with our two sucky QB's. It's amazing watching the chickens 2nd string QB rip 20 yard passes over the middle and going vertical knowing we can't do that. I'm sure we will lose next week. Very sad.

LOL! South Carolina is a freaking joke. And UGA will run through then like a hot knife through soft butter. Pruitt's D will humiliate SOS weak offense. The Cocks have ran out of players that can compete in the SEC. 3 to 5 T.D. difference in these two clubs. Buck up man, the USC run is OVER! They are grubbing at the bottom of the league and Spurrier will have to take his with a grin since they don't have the athletes anymore.
You do realize that we are 1-4 the last five years against SC with a much better QB, receivers, and very good RBs.

It seemed yesterday we had a few too many bend but don't break moments with the defense. You can't tell me when LoCart got ejected we fell apart that easy.
On O we came off a little like a blunt instrument rather than finesse.
I get it...we got a ground game, but pounding us up the middle over and over is just stupid. It sends a message...again, I get it. But we're not gonna win the East pounding and pounding. Gotta use the TE's and WR's and some misdirection. On a few plays I get that we were telecasting what we were gonna run and daring them to stop us on
the basic playbook just to demoralize them but we certainly didn't gameplan for Lambert to start off that first half looking like a poor mans Barney Fife. That had to be embarrassing for him as well as Schottenheimer. Tell me that was scripted. We are again...looking poor in regards to QB play. Maybe there's a reason Lambert was second string at UVA. Maybe they knew something we didn't.
I think we win a close one with the cocks anyway. A 21-17 type game
that drops us in the rankings down a spot (not that rankings matter at this point in the season) or we don't move any at all.

We have a completely new team this year. Any references to prior years are irrelevant. USCe has a completely new team, as well.
What we do have are problems with the passing game, at least we did this week. Next week is a completely new scenario - home game, different opposing defensive package.

Truth is UGA is among a handful of teams who can win the SEC. They would likely be in a dead heat with LSU for the fourth best in the WEST but stand alone at the top of the east. But look at the schedule. They have one team left with the same or maybe slightly more players...ONE! That is Alabama and that game is at home plus this is not your 2/3 years ago Alabama. They have a serious problem at QB, the worst FG kicker and punter combo I've seen at this level and they are slow as molasses on the OL. I don't recommend trying to make a living against their defense but their offense lost 9 starters and may have really replaced 2 of them. So UGA should 95% be in the Championship game and anything can happen in one game. The two scary clubs in the SEC so far are Ole Miss with maybe half the first 8 to 10 possible picks in the NFL draft and the damned Aggies who also have some dynamite athletes. I will be surprised if Ole Miss doesn't give out some serious payback vs UA this weekend coming. This ain't your big brother's SEC. Dawgs just need to grind.
The key for UGA is to come out hot. Our DC doesn't know what he's doing until we give up several TDs and then he makes changes at halftime. In both games, our defense napped for the entire first half and woke up to play well in the second half.
The one difference is that we appear to now have a QB who can generate a sustained drive. We were missing that for the first 6 quarters of the season.
UGA will have plenty of success running the ball. We haven't proven we could stop anyone there. I wouldn't be too concerned about your passing game - it might be needed for balance, but if you run the ball well, you win.

Yeah, but this is the least talented team under SOS and it's not even close. The days of Lattimore and Clowney are a distant memory. We are SC circa 1975 this year. I look for UGA to roll next week.
