the call that basically allowed us to win the game. And congrats to CM for hitting two big fts again at the end of a game. Good win vs a good team, but I still believe we made it harder than it should be. If Fox isn't going to at least try some zone for a few minutes too see if it will help stop Felton's penetration and make it tougher on Hayes inside, then for gosh sakes at least tell whoever is guarding Hayes to overplay him to his left hand, or better yet drop the guy off the ball on that hand down for a quick double. I never saw him have to go back right all night...just basic defense.
I hope CMF noticed that we had a lot of great looks off getting the ball up the floor in transition. JJ played mostly at shooting guard tonight, as I hoped he would, and it allowed him to get better looks. Yante and Edwards played very well together and they altered a lot of shots on defense. Still wish we'd get more shots for KG Keep getting Yante the ball because he will make his fts, which is refreshing. I'd work some high/low post with he and Edwards because Yante can stick the jumper and that will free up Edwards to work low.
Another positive is we had 19 assists tonight...nice jopb guys.
