Top fuel engines have more hp in one cylinder than Nascar short track cars. 10000 hp now with some testing up to 12000 hp.

I thought you were talking top fuel. Had to be. Enjoy. Loud as hell I'll bet. Top out at close to 300? Would love to see one of those engines up close one day...

Come down to Gainsville this week end and you can see them run well over 300. One of the fastest tracks in US. Great event for any motor head. Saw the swamp rat break 200 in Hogtown many moons ago.
