panel did point our Hunter could not have gotten a more sympathetic jury which was not case with Trump (think we discussed that yesterday)
Surprised President Biden said they would appeal Hunter’s case. Panel was split on future success of an appeal
Touched on the Plea Bargin blowup and how the California trial was much more serious and he would get probation only on this offense (probably reason Biden said he wouldn’t pardon Hunter in this case, he is holding pardon to the California case)
Don’t like the person, let’s find the crime - panel feared that’s where we are headed and point to these prosecutions as well as several men in the Trump circle.
All and all a good listen, all panelists had slightly different takes but all reasonable.
