What is he shooting? Can you tell from the picture?
Close. That rifle has spiked bipod feet. Therefore it is an M107. Which really is just the MIL version of the civilian designated M82. Either way they're both BAMF, both fire .50 cal rounds ... I toted that bastard on many occasions.

Actually they aren't completely the same. What you can't see is that the M107 has a chrome lined barrel, comes standard with a monopod, 2 box magazines and d-ring takedown pins. It has also had its accuracy refined much more tightly than that of the M82. Oh, and the M107 costs a cool 2 grand more than the M82. It's really like comparing the M4 or M16 to an AR15 ... Subtle differences yet different all the same. So no, they're not the "same diff" as you so succinctly put it. But whatevs.
