If you go to FloBaseball on the computer, click the watch button, and then hover your mouse over a game, it will let you see the broadcast in the thumbnail.
If you zoom in you can watch the game like a normal broadcast. It does time out after about 3 minutes but you just reload the page and it works again.
Certainly not ideal with no sound but overall I was able to watch pretty smoothly just hitting control R every few minutes
