It seems for first 15-20 years of my time here that I really followed recruiting. I was always looking forward to who we were going to get to put us over the top. Who was going to be our savior; the next Herschel to put us over the top.
Since Kirby arrived and really in the last three years, I find my interests in recruiting has waned but my desire to know what happened at practice and how it’ll affect the season has grown. I’m no longer looking toward the future. I’m more concerned with the here and now.
