when it's about a 90% certainty that MF will be replaced, don't you think GM would be proactive, hire a search firm who can talk to coaches and their agents behind the scenes and have a small group of 2-3 names so he can hire the next HC shortly after the season is over. Other schools like LSU, Clemson, etc , will be hiring also. We can't afford to wait and get left behind.
