Does CMR and company who are notoriously loyal to those that have done well and know the offense and "Don't turn it over" I giggle when I say that! What do you do? I would really like the staffs thoughts on this as well? My thoughts are you have an open competition in the Spring but we all know when CMR gets tunnel vision and is super loyal-look out!
