This is the timeshare week my wife and I own, but we're not going to be able to go. It is only for the week of August 15-22. You are welcome to check in after the 15th and to check out before the 22nd.
The price for the entire week (7 nights) is $495, which is less than what my maintenance fees are for the unit every year. This is a rare 3 bedroom unit with the master bedroom downstairs. It is located on immediately on one of the greens of a beautiful Hilton Head golf course (no golf is included in the rental).
The master bedroom is on the main floor.
Beach access is a short ride (or even a bike ride) to the Shipyard beach access. There are also large lockers there for your use.
If you search online for "Shipyard Plantation in Hilton Head" or "Cottages in Shipyard on Hilton Head" you will probably find out that this is a very good price. You will also be able to find pictures. You can respond to me and I will send you pictures.
Payment can be made by check, in person (east central Georgia), or PayPal "friends and family" option (PayPal "goods and services" option is only $20 more, so I'm fine if you want that security.
