These shooters are usually easily identifiable, already on the radar and usually communicate their intentions but we don't dare remove them from the environment that is torturing them and allow them to decompress in an environment they can handle. You don't foster acceptance of mental health treatments by refusing to treat people because you are afraid it will stigmatize them.
