With the NBA departures of Kentucky’s Oscar Tshiebwe and Mizzou’s Kobe Brown, the battle for best front court in the SEC is wide open. Mike White crushed it with big men additions in Jalen Deloach and Russel Tchewa this off-season. I’m going to just focus on a 1-2 punch, but I truly love what we have with Dylan James and Moncrieffe with a 4 player rotation in our frontcourt (I think Anselem is going to be the odd man out most of the time). Here’s how I see the current frontcourt rank in the sec:

Best Front Courts

1. Auburn
Johni Broome 14 pts, 8 rebs
Jaylin Williams 11 pts, 5 rebs

2. Miss State
Tolu Smith 16 pts, 9 rebs
Cameron Matthews 7 pts, 6 rebs

3. Texas A&M
Julius Marble 9 pts, 4 rebs
Henry Coleman 9 pts, 6 rebs

4. Georgia
Jalen Deloach (VCU) 10 pts, 7 rebs
Russel Tchewa (USF) 11 pts, 9 rebs

5. Ole Miss
Jaemyn Brakefield 11 points, 6 rebs
Jamarion Sharp (WKU) 7 pts, 8 rebs, 4 BLOCKS per game 😳

Auburns Broome and Miss St’s Smith are going to be crazy difficult to deal with but as you can see we can battle and ball with any of them. We have a definite strength we can play to in our bigs.

Let me know your thoughts!
