Hotel room with tickets oxford

I am unfortunately not going to be able to make the game this weekend. The room is a suite at the 5 twelve bed and breakfast which is the number one rated B and B in Oxford. A few blocks to the square and the football stadium. Room is prepaid and is $400 a night. I also have two uga issued tickets for face value for someone that takes the room.
