How many can we sign

I think We're allowed to sign 100 over a 4 year period. That is the measure now, and it's a hard count, it's yet another ''Saban rule'' because of His tendency to ignore the intent and exploit to the max.
The SEC adopted a ''soft count'' limit of 25 per signing period in 2012. It allows for ''back signing'' up to 5 from the previous year, those players are the early signees. There is room there as well, We brought in 6 or 7 3 weeks ago.
Best I can tell Our limit this year SHOULD be 19, based of My count of signing 81 over the past 3 cycles. I haven't found verification for the 100 in any 4 year period though, I took that from memory, I could be off by a few, say 105 or 110 instead of 100.
Bottom line, I'll check some more after I get back from a Family visit, right now I'm more confused than I was before looking into it.

If that's the case We have a lot of ground to make up. Of course rolling some over for early entry next year wouldn't be so bad.
