West Virginia has 27 incoming recruits and 34 incoming (41 leaving) from the portal. How can you hope to have an inkling of team culture when over half of the players in the locker room weren't there a couple months ago?
What is the right balance for recruits/portal players to make up a successful roster on an ongoing basis? Most of the better programs (ones that made the CFP last season) have significantly more players that left via the portal than incoming which may be a trend to watch.
