I cringe everytime I drive past the President Joseph R. Biden Expressway overhead sign on I-81 near Scranton.

I hate to think about how much that dem slush fund has available when needed…the millions$ that so many times gets in the wrong hands (overseas and here) and or they tell us can’t found.
