She clearly has issues with secrecy. My guess is she's in big trouble if something in the emails surfaces that is very improper. I don't think the handling of the emails alone will sink her, but they might knock her down a few points and cost the election. If something in the surviving emails look criminal or even shady though, bye bye.

She's throwing everything against the wall and hoping something sticks, including a right-wing conspiracy. She knew exactly what she was doing and brought this entirely on herself. The entire purpose was to prevent us, the American people, from finding out what was going on in our own government. I'm not sure how this woman has avoided jail time. If this were you, me, Radi they'd put us under the jail.

She is very simply NOT a good person. Everything wrong with politics as usual in our nation's capitol is and has been well represented in her political career. And Trump may be right about this one thing. The Wall Street crowd (the ones we all hate the most) would be deliriously and equally happy with either her or Jeb as POTUS.

My guess is She kept the private server so Her ''enemies'' couldn't get assess to Her communications. She has a lot of Nixon like paranoia and control issues. Remember Bugging The Democratic Headquarters wasn't about stealing, it was about Nixon's paranoia and His feeling the need to know what His ''enemies'' were saying and doing.
That said, Clinton may well have communicated things on a private server She might not have felt safe doing so on a government system. This will come down to what is revealed on those emails. If there's nothing incriminating, I think She'll be ok legally. It still might well cost Her the election though.

Conventional wisdom says, "it's not the act, it's the cover-up that gets you in trouble". Even if she is not indicted, it will be the appearance of impropriety that will light her down in dishonor.
