I am pulling for this kid to win the starting job. Teammates look up to him for his work ethic, he's a true competitor, he's tough, he's mobile, and he has a different air about him when he is interviewed. I am not saying he's Tim Tebow by any means but he carries, from my point of view, many of the same traits. When asked about who the leaders are on the team the first name Chubb said was Faton....I think that speaks volumes and it seems like everyone has him as the odd man out.
