I busted a hunter today hunting over corn . He said

he didn't know . Out in the middle of the field was a dang feeder . He said he didn't know what it was .

No orange and no Lic and hunting over bait . If you can't be honest when you hunt , then you just not honest at all . Maybe 500 bucks in fines will help him find honesty.
