Why was Bama able to keep winning at a huge clip with different coordinators every year? Was it because of their incredible culture? Was it just because of their head coach? Why does Ohio State keep winning at a high clip with every new QB that comes along?
The reason is talent, when you have superior talent its much easier to plug and play. Alabamas hires were not idiots but not all of them were super stars before they came to Alabama but they kept making the playoffs and playing for national championships and winning SEC championships and a couple national championships.
Are our fans so down on ourselves after Kirby has developed the best culture in elite college football and recruited the best players especially on the LOS in the country that we could not weather the storm of a coordinator leaving?
