What are you doing these days? Family business or the Academy?

Family , I never taught at the academy but I was

a FTO . Rookies come to me after the academy but sometimes they start a month before hand and they basically hang out and go over the high points before going to the academy. Every department is different.

We use let them ride with us and go to the range and pass the shooting and ride . We go over what they will see on the legal exam ( by far the hardest exam ).

But I was never on the academy staff .
