This one is hard to top. Just an unbelievable story of courage and bravery by Americans to deliver a massive hit to the IJN in the Leyte Gulf.

One of the ultimate David-Goliath military stories I’ve heard. Bill Whittle has a great podcast on it that’s really entertaining:
