and for all. We just went toe to toe with UK roster of 5* talent and with our best scorer on the bench the entire game. It's the best we've looked in our halfcourt offense all year. We got plays from everyone on the court except HK. We beat UK off the dribble all night from every position and could not make a 3 and still had it in our hands.
I said prior to this one to beat UK you have to limit them to one shot and shoot a good % to limit their break opportunities. .We did the second. Unfortunately, this is one of about 3-4 of our close losses where we could not secure a defensive board when it probably saves the game. It's just horribly frustrating. Watching DO get beat for that rebound late just killed me. You gotta go after that like it's the last chickenleg at the church picnic. We got several stops late when we needed them, but they scored off every second opportunity.
