All my son wanted to do the last two years but
the coaches wanted him to play WR every year...so he quit both years. I tried to tell him to stick it out but he didn't like getting hit and can't really play WR...he just wanted to kick. My point being: Most HS coaches don't seem to really care much about punting/kicking.
