Because all the negativism and worry are constantly with you for these type of games. It’s took headphones to the games and heard every worrisome comment. It’s almost like Kirby is on one shoulder and Larry is on the other shoulder. I want to believe the point spread, but a little voice fills my head with worry. I am sure those too young to have been through the struggles with Larry can’t understand. Even two national championships can’t cure it completely. Those 2 make it better, but you get flare ups of the munsonitis before key games. I have gone from we win by 17 to we win by 3 late in the 4th Qt…..I am surely not alone in the struggle 😬
