Hard to be happy and pleasant as a political analyst /talk show host when we have embaciles in DC running our country into the ground.

I'm glad guys like him and others do what they do.

I agree with most of what he says, but it is hard to listen sometimes because of the way he says it. Another one is Erick Erikson. It would take him 30 minutes to tell you the sky is blue. He uses waaaay to many words. it wears me out just waiting out his long drawn-out spiel.

Some people can't stand to hear the truth.

He's a druggy and felon who hangs out in South Beach night clubs. He never even bothered to vote till he failed as a rock and roll DJ and gave political talk a try.

He's a lard ass blowhard hypocrite who probably has no real convictions other than his desire to succeed.

This. I probably have tuned him in a handful of times in the last 15 years, but any time I have, it has really made me miss Boortz. Boortz could be a blow-hard too, but he was way more entertaining.

I liked Boortz. He does appear to be more knowledgeable and entertaining than those other two.

Boortz is a first class jerk. Can't stand him.

I can't listen to any of them hardly or Fox News. Fox and Friends is unwatchable. Talk radio and Fox is a constant bitching about something. Kind of like me on Richt. Lol. What does it profit you to be constantly pissed about current events. It doesnt change anything and your miserable as well as the people around you.

My mother sits around all day long watching Fox News. She stays pissed off about all the crap she hears all day. I just can't see how this helps you become a better person and grow spiritually.

By the way, I'm a free market conservative.

Well, to be fair, there's not a lot to like about the sewer this country is turning into these days. You ever feel like you came in on the beginning of the end of a good thing? That's what living in this country feels like. I don't see what politically you can do, the Democrats have lost their ever lovin' minds and have driven their voters insane, and the Republicans have lost their balls, thanks to their benefactors at the national Chamber of Commerce, who have come to love big government.

that's a pretty awful, unpatriotic post there, bub....ever think about moving?

Boortz can be a complete jerk, but I often found myself agreeing with him more than I found myself thinking he was a jerk. And anyone who can piss liberals off that much can't be all bad.

If you want to learn something, do yourselves a favor and listen to Mark Levin; a strict constitutionalists, a true conservative, and a great American. He is President of the Landmark Legal Foundation and also worked in the Reagan Administration. He's written many books, but his most recent book, Blunder & Deceit, is now out, as of Aug 4th. I just picked up a copy of it from premier collectables.

His commentary, which comes from a conservative point of view, is full of passion and backed by the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, the Federalist Papers, Bill of Rights, the facts, and nothing but the truth. His disdain for all things Democrat and the Establishment Republicans is unequaled.

that's a little off the chain....druggy/felon/lardass....all of that is uncalled for. i'm more talking about his political views and delivery of said views.

i'm sure some of what he says is OK, but he's just so full of hate that it makes it damn near impossible to listen to

You say angry, I say passionate. A real extremist LOL. If you don't want to learn something then don't listen to him.

He has successfully patterned his style using the liberal mantra. We seem to be accommodating to the liberal press, allowing them to say anything. Rush does it and he is bitter.

20+ Million listeners seem to think he's doing something right. And, so what, businesses like to advertise on a good radio station to reach a LARGE audience. Rush makes an obscene amount of money off of them. Good for him!!

Air America - Bahahahahahaha! The network started programming on March 31, 2004 and was disbanded on January 24, 2010. Bahahahahahahaha!

Prolly the same clowns pumping up Trumps numbers right now....never underestimate the willingness of 20 million idiots to be led around by their anger and fear

So, by your words you're saying he should be on MSNBC, or ABC, CBS or NBC, etc??? Being lard ass blowhard hypocrites who probably have no real convictions are exactly the desirable attributes of left-leaning apologist media outlets nowadays. In fact, it's in the manifesto.

He packs more truth into three minutes of airtime than you'll see in a week on "Network TV".

FWIW, I believe your vitriol toward him may be in that he exposes your ass clown Rock Star Heroes for the liars and frauds that they are.

Could you give us an example of something he said you disagree with and why?

Thanks, I'll hang up and listen......But I won't hold my breath

i got no time for angry holleration...and as far as being right, who GAS? i'm right all the time, too, but at least i'm not pissed off on the radios

Hard to learn what's happening out there if all you listen to is nice people saying nice things that agree with all the nice things you've heard hundreds of times. Best way to know and to learn is to discuss things with folks who disagree with you on certain topics. Most of us are encouraged to call names and run away at that point, but if you stick around and actually discuss those topics openly and honestly and calmly, you will improve yourself and your understanding of the world around you. Try it. Stephen Covey said it best. "Seek to understand, before you seek to be understood."

Yeah, I can dig on opposing views . Happy to hear them....just not gonna deal with anybody yelling in my ear or pissed off stuff. I don't think Rush Limbaugh has anything he can teach us as a country, other than how not to be

Thanks for throwing me that softball question. Hope you didn't hold your breath long enough to kill what brain cells you do have...

10 MAR 2015: "Ted Kennedy sent a letter to then Soviet leader Yuri Andropov apologizing for Ronald Reagan and begging the Soviets not to overreact."

Presented as fact, but based on a KGB memo that was itself based on hearsay information. The KGB reported the statement was attributed to former US Senator John Tunney of California, who emphatically denied ever saying it.

3 FEB 2015: The children coming across the southern U.S. border "were never examined after they got here and quarantined if they had a disease. They were just sent out across the country. Many of them had measles ... We now have an outbreak of it all because of our immigration policy."

Presented as fact, but the truth is that in 2014, over 68,000 unaccompanied minors presented themselves at the border. The departments of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services addressed this issue. Homeland Security set up new processing centers and HHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement looked after the children until their fates were resolved. All children who did not have documentation of vaccinations were given vaccines.

Just an FYI - According to the World Health Organization, Mexico has a slightly higher rate of pediatric vaccinations (95%) than does the United States (94%).

The truth is that religious weirdos are largely responsible for the recent measles outbreak. The CDC reports that more than 80% of all measles cases were among people who chose not to be vaccinated due to their religious beliefs.

2 FEB 2015: "A married couple that" use the same last name "is rarer and rarer in our country."

Presented as fact, but the truth is that a 2007 U.S. Census Bureau report. based on the bureau's American Community Survey in 2004, found that only 6 percent of married women who were born in the U.S. had surnames that were "non-conventional." That includes hyphenated surnames, two surnames and women who kept their own surname at marriage.

30 JUN 2014: "Obama regime planned the influx of illegal alien children at the border."

Presented as fact, but the truth is that the US Border Patrol and Department of Homeland Security studies trends and plans in advance for spikes in immigration. As a result of such studies and planning, the departments asked the Obama administration and Congress for authorization to hire a private company to conduct medical screenings and to provide care for any children that might be detained or quarantined at the border. Limbaugh and other lunatic fringe right wingers seized on these facts as a conspiracy.

18 JUN 2014: The decision to cancel the trademark of the Washington Redskins "is not the Patent and Trademark Office. This is Barack Obama."

Presented as fact, but the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board judges who ruled on the Washington Redskins case were Judge Karen Kuhlke, who was appointed by President Bush in 2005; Judge Peter Cataldo, who was appointed by President Bush in 2006; and Judge Marc Bergsman, who was appointed by President Bush in 2006.

28 APR 2014: "Some of the wealthiest Americans are African-American now."

Presented as fact, but according to Forbes magazine, there was only one African-American among the 400 wealthiest Americans---Oprah Winfrey, and she was 184th. No other African-American is even close to being in the top 400.
