I just read the early report at ESPN. He is accused of threatening to go get some friends and come back and kill a 20 year old girl, she made the complaint to Clark County Police.
Dom Sanders and 3 other players are listed as witnesses.
This is not something we need, especially this week.

PS. The girl who made the complaint is The Daughter of The Chief Of Atlanta's Department Of Corrections, what were the odds ?

It is a he said, she said and 14 other people heard thing. Four of our players are witnesses as well as perhaps 10 others who were in The Restaurant when the alleged incident occurred.
We just have to hope the facts are in IM's favor.

I'm not following You. If there are witnesses, it's not ''he said she said'', at least not in the sense that expression is used in this sort of situation.
Also, arrest often don't come right away, often D.A.s take their time to avoid making mistakes.
Still, I'm glad He's not charged so far, it beats knowing for sure he's facing prosecution.

I agree we don't need it. But considering ajc and other papers including Athens just love to "report" anything such as driving down a one way road (that was made one way that day) into big deals, and there's hardly anything on this, short of 3 players and if accurate, 10 more witnesses and they still released, I just think there is not much to it. If it happened, wonder what set him off?

But anyway, I guess we'll see after their "investigations".

Just because their are "witness " doesn't mean anything. There even more hoops to jump through . How do you know if all the witnesses heard anything ? Maybe one is deaf or so into a texting they didn't hear nothing . Maybe it was loud none of them heard anything.

Then you have then you have to weigh the person character. A lot of times with a so call verbal threats they don't really go anywhere . Unless heard by law enforcement themselves.
