Being happy or satisfied with winning .500 or better for four straight years is like bragging about being the tallest midget. I first heard our former best poster Monk Dawg make this analogy. And he is correct. Fox needs to be fired. He has had seven years to get things going. Most good coaches get things going in less than three years. Seven years is long enough to see a clear pattern. No one can honestly say we haven't given him a fair chance to improve the program and become regular NCAA Tournament participants. We all like the man. We just want a much better product. He will never become a great recruiter because of his personality and the fact that he doesn't let freshmen play major minutes.
I do not want to be The Tallest Midget!!!!!! I don't even want us to be midgets.
I respect those few fans that are happy with where we are. I just can't understand that mentality of not wanting to be great?
