Here's the situation:
4 driver household
3 vehicles, one of which is a company vehicle and can only be driven by me (because of insurance, etc.)
Oldest daughter doesn't use a vehicle at college but she and our 16 year old daughter both want to get summer jobs.
If both girls get summer jobs, 3 vehicles probably won't be enough until oldest goes back to college.
Wife is a school teacher and thinks we can make it work with 3 vehicles since she will be home, but I think it will be a pain.
I'm trying to decide between buying a 4th vehicle which won't be needed about 8 months out of the year or finding some kind of longish term rental. I was thinking that renting something for a couple months might be a better solution than buying something and putting insurance on it, etc.
Anybody know anything about long term rental deals?
