We don’t have to have Lamar Jackson or Jalon Milroe, but having a guy you can call a designed run for, or a guy who can keep a read option, or a guy who can evade a rush and gain 20 yards would be a game changer for this offense. I don’t know what type of threats our current backup QBs present, but if they can’t move at least as good as someone like Jaxson Dart then we have got to go get someone that can.
If Carson Beck went to the draft last year it was hinted at that Riley Leonard would have been our QB. That’s the type of QB I’d love to see us field
