I've been watching video of the 36 year old's Western Kentucky offense and it gave Me a huge rush.
I haven't seen a mostly pro-style offense look like that in some time. He runs Petrino's basic offense with precision but wide open passing and well designed and executed running plays.
It is tailored made for a big time pocket QB like Eason. I think He'd get excited watching those videos and imagining playing QB in that system.
Man I'll be thrilled if He's Our guy.

I'd like to keep the entire defensive staff, plus McClendon and Brown.
We'd have 5 star recruiters all over the place.
That would be enough to excite any fan base.

Pretty sure that Pruitt would be gone, possibly replaced by Muschamp. Both are very fiery and recruit defense well, but the rumors we heard at UGA were ones that FSU and Bama fans said they heard at both those places. I think McClendon stays, Brown stays, not sure on Defensive staff, but Rocker would make sense. You know a great o-line coach will be key. Beyond anything else, Saban's style has been predicated by having the best year in year out line possible.

If will the thrill comes ... after one yr of going to Au and jumping over...I think that would absolutely suck more than anything else that has ever been done...I'd rather have MR back and let him coach the D than the Chump coming here and blowing a vein on the sidelines...

He's a great DC...they say, rumors granted, that he is upset with Gus and the recruiting budgets and such that were promised, split wise, are being slashed...aka, Gus only cares about offense. Makes sense, outside of really Sumlin, none of these high octane, outscore coaches, ever really hires a great DC. Baylor, TCU, Oregon, etc...
