Bigger question, because this is my story... what if smoking weed wasn't legal but your ex-wife let your son partake, but you don't. I ultimately decided not to say anything. My son knows my choice, and was "older" before his time. He always did better making his own choice after knowing our positions on a subject, but not all kids are like that. 100% back my son's decisions. They may not be mine, but they are his. He can handle any consequences.

I would miss it’s 70s strength. Strong enough to f you up, but not kill you and render you useless like today’s weed or so I hear. I quit smoking near the time my daughter was born. When you’re high you have enough trouble fending for yourself, never mind taking care of a little one.
