His instructions to the jury assured a swift appeal which will be granted. This judge is a total joke. Travesty of justice. Not to mention the venue insures a rigged jury.
If there were any doubts that this was a witch-hunt/kangaroo court the judge put that to rest today

Just say he's guilty and the judge will decide what kind of crime. Who cares about due process?
