I can too, but if she ever aspires to run again she won't. It'll tick off too many main line Ds who want to see Biden's legacy unblemished.

Read the Constitution before you ask stupid questions. Quote the part where she has the authority to invoke the 25th.
If she has the support of cabinet members and submits it to the Senate and House it can be done. In this case it would be suicide to try. Biden still has support now that he is not running for the office again.

Agree but if she loses her career is over anyway. There’s no chance she could ever be the Dem nominee in the future. Might be her only shot to be madam President. Who knows, old Joe just might resign just to let her have her day.
No, but she would if she could. For a while I thought he would step down in a coordinated effort so they could crow about it for the rest of eternity. But I think Joe and even more so, Jill would never let him step down now.

She won’t try. The chances of her succeeding are close to zero and it would be viewed as a failed coup. More realistic would be her camp pressuring Biden to go ahead and step down immediately if she wins the election.
No she wouldn’t have reason and it won’t happen unless he has a stroke or some other severe medical event. It would also be a dumb move for the Dem party.
